The irrigation install project is complete and went great with the nice weather we have had. We now will have all the sprinklers functioning on the course, including the driving range. Thanks to T&A Irrigation and all their workers for the quality install and all of their help.
Its getting close to spring, our preemergent applications are under way and aerification is about a month out as well. We have had a great winter for golf and were due for a mild one after the last couple nature has dished out.
This blog is designed to provide our customers access to information about course conditions, weather, ongoing projects as well as maintenance practices/philosophies and educational information.

Project Pics
Drain line trenched from the bunker to the creek was very long, another option would have been to dig a large catch basin out of play and drain into the basin backfilled with gravel.
Bunker before drain lines are cut and sand added.
We hope everyone had a very good Christmas and New Year and got to spend time with your loved ones. We look forward to a very good year at the golf course and hope everyone has a prosperous year as well!
T&A Turf is here to begin the back 9 irrigation project today, this will last the next few weeks and will include installation of all new heads, control wire, and satellites. The disruption to play will be minimal so come out and enjoy the beautiful weather!
